it's spring
I made papaya salsa on monday night, and fish tacos. They were so good and the salsa is a favorite of rob's. It is so easy and light. I want to try it as a sauce on grilled fish sometime, yum.
The salsa is as follows...
2 papayas, seeded and chopped
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped cilantro ( approx. 3/4 of a standard grocery bunch)
1 chopped red onion
2-4 limes depending on the season
This recipe is just a blueprint, you can adjust all ingrediants to taste!
It is great with margaritas and fish tacos!!!
