colorful sky

There was a great sky last night that we soaked up as we ate our leftover burgers! I am trying to savor being outside as much as possible, I know the impending doom that Nashville calls "summer" is on it's nasty way. The cool nights and lack of humidity will soon come to an end. I am determined to enjoy it while I can.
Here's our lovely dinner...

Green Beans A la Rob

Heat 2 tbl oil in a wok or large saute pan, over med heat. Saute 1.5lb chopped fresh green beans with salt and pepper for approx 6 min. In a small bowl combine 2-4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp worcherstire, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp ground ginger.Stir into the saute pan and let cook another 2 min. Place in 250F oven to hold while waiting for hamburgers to be ready!!!ha

split the zucchini in 1/2 lengthwise. Cut X's on the cut side, sprinkle with salt and pepper then rub olive oil into it. THEN-sprinkle with cumin. Grill for about 5 minz on each side, depending on your desired crunchiness.
This has become one of our staples, along with shrimp kabobs and turkey burgers...
